This 3D WebGL scene includes:
1. **Main Structure**:
- 40×16×8 ft living area with stainless steel appearance
- 4 cylindrical legs (4 ft diameter, 24 ft long) at 45° angles
- Legs positioned to create a 50×74 ft rectangle at the bottom
2. **Water Simulation**:
- Semi-transparent blue water plane at the halfway point of the legs
- Legs appear half-submerged as described

- Two cables from each leg to adjacent corners
- Rectangle cable connecting all four leg bottoms for redundancy
