I am looking for a sea anchor for a seastead (sort of a tiny oil platform).  
Please try to find 10 meter diameter new sea anchors for sale.
I suspect that Chinese will be the cheapest and probably am ok with that but
please look for a variety of options and let me know weight, cost, and quality
as best you can.
