**Hull & Structure:**
- **Wing-spar** with NACA-derived airfoil cross-section (50% thick — 10 ft chord × 5 ft thickness), extruded to ~39 ft length
- Positioned so **70% is submerged** (water surface clearly marked)

**Top Platform & Solar:**
