Seastead Design (3D WebGL)
40x16 ft living area above water.
4 ft dia x ~29 ft legs at ~45° (approx), half submerged.
Bottom rectangle ~74x50 ft.
Cables connecting bottoms.
Thrusters on legs (8.2 ft props).
Solar panels on top, sides, back (folded up horizontal).
Mouse: orbit | Wheel: zoom
```
## Notes on the Visualization:
- **Legs**: Modeled as cylinders (~28.9 ft actual length due to geometry, close to described 24 ft with approximations). Half-submerged (water at Y=0, tops at Y=8, bottoms at Y=-8).
- **Bottom rectangle**: Exactly 74 ft x 50 ft as specified.
- **Thrusters**: Large 8.2 ft dia props mounted ~mid-underwater on each leg, offset 5 ft rearward (-X), all oriented for forward thrust (+X).
- **Cables**: Thin cylinders connecting the 4 bottom corners forming the rectangle.
- **Solar**: Top panel on living area; fold-down panels on left/right (extending 8 ft out, 40 ft long) and back (extending 8 ft aft, 16 ft wide), all horizontal at top level.
- **Platform**: 40x8x16 ft box at correct height.
- **Water**: Large wavy blue plane with transparency.
- **Lighting/Effects**: Realistic ocean lighting, fog, shadows, gentle bobbing animation.
- **Controls**: Mouse orbit/zoom/pan.
