Some countries, like the USA and Canada, have an "exit tax".  I decided it was best to 
exit right out of school so that I had nothing to tax.  I also renounced my citizenship,
since the USA wants to tax you even after you leave.  I am curious if you can find
any statistics or info about other people doing this or advocating this?
