In http://seastead.ai/ai we have been exploring the seastead design space.   There are a number of questions
on there that are no long related to the current expected design.  To sort of clean up I want to move
them under this "discarded design points" catagory.    For example at one time we had cables and had to
look at noise from cables above certain speeds, but the current top candidate design does not have cables,
so the questions and answers about noise on cables can be moved off to the side, at least for now.
Let me know if you see other things that I shoud clean up.  I am not worried about cleaning up 
other parts of seastead.ai site yet, just under seastead.ai/ai for now.  Also, the past
pictures, scale models, and experimental results can stay as they are sort of historical.
